Here's how to clean up step by step your refrigerator:

1. Unplug your Refrigeration Unit: The first thing you should do is unplug the refrigerator or freezer. This is a quick and easy step, but it is also very important to prevent work-related injuries.

2. Empty Shelf Each of All Products: The second step should be to remove all products in the refrigerator or freezer. Be sure to completely remove the container, not just move them to the other side of the refrigerator.

3. Completely Wipe Down Interior Fridge or Freezer: Get a bucket with soapy and warm water,  and a sponge of your choice to thoroughly clean a commercial refrigerator or freezer. 

4. Disinfect with Sanitizer: Bacteria and fungi can accumulate in the fridge from time to time, so it's essential to disinfect surfaces with a sanitizer.
